How are prints delivered?

All prints ordered are not framed. They come carefully rolled and packaged in a secure cardboard tube.

Framing can be arranged at an extra fee. Please email chloe@chloepaul.com for a more detailed quote.

 

What paper stock do you use?

All limited edition prints are produced onto archival photographic type c satin finish paper. A matt finish archival stock paper is used for poster prints.

 

Are prints limited editions?

All limited edition photographic prints are editions of 50 for all sizes listed. Poster prints are unlimited editions.

 

Can images be purchased for advertising campaigns?

Yes this can be arranged, all job details and usage requirements should be emailed to chloe@chloepaul.com so an appropriate quote can organsied.

 

Do prints come in sizes other than the ones stated?

Yes, larger or smaller sizes can be made to order. Please email chloe@chloepaul.com with your desired measurements to have this arranged.

 

Do you accept returns?

Once payment has been made your decision is final and no returns will be accepted.

 

What if a print arrives damaged?

All prints are professional rolled,packaged and checked for any faults prior to dispatch. Chloe Paul photography does not claim responsibility for damages or loss incurred during transit and once package has been dispatched and/or signed for. All prints are sent with a tracking number as security.

 

Can I views the artworks in person?

Currently a number of works can be viewed at Artemis Framing & Art Gallery, 371 Malvern Rd South Yarra Victoria, 3142 Australia. Phone (03) 9826 5377

 

Shipping and Taxes

Are incorporated into total cost. Rates will vary for international delivery. This can be arranged by emailing chloe@chloepaul.com Standard national delivery on prints is 7‐14 days depending on print size and amount ordered.
